  • How do I access FAQs for Administrators?
    Simply sign into the SchoolWay Management System (ADMIN LOGIN) on the top of this page. Your FAQs will be listed under Help & Resources
  • How do I download the app on my Apple device?
    1. Open App Store on your device and search for SchoolWay.
    2. iPad Users: Tap iPhone Only tab.
    3. Find SchoolWay app and tap Download.
    4. Launch app.
    5. Tap Register to create a new account, and follow directions.
    6. Follow Subscription Wizard to add your subscriptions.
  • How do I download the app on my Android device?
    1. Open Google Play Store on your device and search for SchoolWay.
    2. Find SchoolWay app and tap Download.

  • Can I use the app if I don’t have an Apple or Android device?

    Yes! We have created a web-based version of the app that can be utilized on any device with an internet connection. Web App users can receive push notifications as emails or text messages. Select here to access the Web App on your phone or computer.

  • How do I sign up to receive push notifications via email?
    1. Tap Settings.
    2. Tap Email & SMS.
    3. Tap Add next to Email.
    4. Enter email address(es).
    5. Tap Done.
    6. Follow instructions in confirmation email to complete set-up.
  • What is a WayCode?
    WayCodes allow you to sign up for notifications for a district, school, or channel page quickly and easily by entering a 6-digit code within the app from the MY FEED screen.
  • How can I sign up using a Waycode?
    1. New User: After signing in and selecting your role, tap I Have A Waycode. Enter your Waycode and tap Subscribe
    2. Existing User: Tap the Plus Sign in the top right corner of the My Feed page. Enter your Waycode and tap Subscribe
  • How do I sign up to receive push notifications via SMS/Text messaging?
    1. Tap Settings.
    2. Tap Email & SMS.
    3. Tap Add next to SMS.
    4. Enter phone number(s), and select carrier(s).
    5. Tap Done.
    6. Follow instructions in confirmation text message to complete set-up.
  • How do I find school resources such as calendar or gradebook?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap on District or School name to naviage to Info page.
  • How do I add a district?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Districts.
    3. Choose from Results Near You, Browse by State or Search by Keyword.
    4. Tap OK.
  • How do I remove a district, school or channel?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Select Edit.
    3. Tap Minus icon and then Delete.
    • NOTE: Removing a district will remove all subscriptions associated with that district.
  • How do I sign up to receive push notifications from my district?
    When you subscribe to a district you will start receiving Push Notifications!
  • How do I subscribe and receive push notifications from another school?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Schools.
    3. Choose from your district or ALL for all schools.
    4. Follow prompts.
  • How do I subscribe and receive push notifications from a Course Page?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Channels.
    3. Tap School Channels and choose school.
    4. Choose from list, search by keyword, or filter by Courses.
  • How do I subscribe and receive push notifications from a Club Page?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Channels.
    3. Tap School Channels and choose school.
    4. Choose from list, search by keyword, or filter by Clubs.

    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Channels.
    3. Tap School Channels and choose school.
    4. Choose from list, search by keyword, or filter by Athletics.
  • How do I subscribe and receive push notifications from a Group?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Channels.
    3. Tap District Channels for District Groups, or School Channels for School Groups then choose school.
    4. Choose from list, search by keyword, or filter by Groups.
  • How do I subscribe and receive push notifications from a Bus Route?
    1. Tap Subscriptions.
    2. Tap Add next to Your Channels.
    3. Tap District Channels for District Bus Routes, or School Channels for School Bus Routes then choose school.
    4. Choose from list, search by keyword, or filter by Bus Routes.

  • How do I share a push notification?
    1. From Feed page, tap Share icon.
    2. Tap Twitter, Email, Google+ or Text icon to share.
    3. Follow Instructions.
  • How do I favorite a page?
    1. Tap Star icon any Info Page.
    2. To access a list of your favorites, tap Star icon on Feed page.
  • Can I remove a favorited page?
    1. Tap Star icon on Feed page.
    2. Tap Edit or simply swipe a favorite to remove it.
  • Can I access SchoolWay in another language?
    Yes! SchoolWay is available in 6 natively-translated languages, including Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and French. The application will update language based on your device language preferences.

  • How do I submit feedback on the app?
    1. Tap Settings.
    2. Select Feedback.
    3. Enter Name, Email, and feedback message into provided fields.
    4. Tap Submit.

    The Harbor by Jostens is a free educational video resource that facilitates the teaching of character in the classroom. Hosted by youth speaker Mike Smith, The Harbor showcases real life lessons from real people through a school year's worth of episodes with rich, raw, and engaging video content.
